These terms cover your use of the Tumble Jungle website. By using the site, you agree to them. Visits, classes, camps and parties are also covered by our waiver and by the policies shown on each program's page.

Information on this site

We keep schedules, prices and program details up to date, but they can change. Please check with us by phone before you visit if something matters to your plans. If a price on the site is wrong, we'll tell you the correct price before you pay.

Bookings and waivers

Bookings and waivers are made through our booking provider, Aluvii. Every child and adult who plays needs a signed waiver before their visit. Booking terms, deposits and cancellations are as stated on the program's page and in Aluvii when you book.

Catering orders

• Sending the catering order form is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed when we call you, confirm the details and take payment.
• Prices are set by the suppliers and can change; we'll confirm the total when we call.
• Food is made by third-party suppliers (for example the pizza restaurant and bakery named on the form). We can't guarantee any item is free from allergens. Tell us about allergies in your notes and when we call, and we'll pass them on to the supplier.
• Changes and cancellations: You will receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift card if you wish to cancel your event. You may also reschedule your event to any other day depending on availability. Catering orders already placed with a supplier may not be refundable.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, send spam through its forms, or copy its content for commercial use. Our name, logo, photos and text belong to Tumble Jungle (or are used with permission) and may not be reused without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, such as Aluvii, Google Maps and our social media pages. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our responsibility

We provide the website "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses caused by using the site or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
