Tumble Jungle ("we", "us") runs the indoor play and party venue at 250 Westport Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851, and this website. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you send our contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message.
When you send a catering order: your name, email address, phone number, party date, number of kids, any notes you add, and the food and extras you order. If your notes mention allergies or dietary needs, we use them only to prepare your order safely.
We don't take payments on this website. We phone you to confirm a catering order and take payment then.
We don't ask for information about your children beyond the number of kids at a party and any notes you choose to add.
Bookings and waivers are handled by our booking provider, Aluvii (tumblejungle.aluvii.com). When you book or sign a waiver there, Aluvii's own privacy policy applies to what you enter.
How we use it
- To reply to your message.
- To prepare your catering order, call you to confirm it and take payment, and pass the food order to the supplier (for example the pizza restaurant or bakery) so they can make it.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We'll only send you marketing if you ask us to.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores form submissions, sends the notification emails to our staff, and runs the security check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), which looks at your browser to tell people from bots.
- Google Maps: the map on our pages is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie banner. Google then sets its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
- Catering suppliers receive the details needed to make your order.
- Aluvii, for bookings and waivers, as above.
- Links to our Facebook, Instagram and X pages take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Cookies and similar storage
- Essential: the security check on our forms, and a note in your browser of your cookie choice, so we don't ask again.
- Convenience: a note in your browser's session that you've already seen the homepage announcement, so it doesn't keep popping up.
- Optional (only with your consent): Google Maps, which sets Google's cookies.
- You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for 12 months for messages and 2 years for catering orders, then delete them. Emails our staff receive are kept in our inbox under our normal email practices.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 45 days. Connecticut residents have these rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and we offer them to everyone.
Children
This website is for parents and carers. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are stored with access limited to our staff, and our admin area is protected with sign-in codes.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
