Go ahead and sign up! We are confident that we provide top-quality programs for your children, but we also know we can’t offer exactly what every child needs at every stage of development. This is why we are happy to offer the following guarantee: If for any reason during after your child’s first week of classes they or you decide not to continue, you are welcome to a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Membership fees are charged on the first day of the month. If you wish to cancel your class enrollment, please let us know before the end of the month. There is no charge for cancellations and no refunds if you cancel after the first. We can not offer membership freezes or refunds if you are out of town and can not make class. If however, Tumble Jungle needs to cancel a class for any reason, you will be issued a credit towards your next months tuition fee.

Discounts!
ONLY the most expensive tuition in your family pays full fare. All other tuitions in the same term are discounted 20%.

When Can I Enroll?
Any time!! Don’t worry if the session has already begun; as long as there is room in a class, you can register at any time during the session, and we will prorate the charges accordingly.

Family Membership
$45 Family Membership Fee – This annual fee defrays office/administrative, insurance and other non-teaching costs. Note that this fee covers your entire immediate family. This fee is paid upon initial registration and each 12 months thereafter. Members also receive discounted rates on programs such as Monkey time and open play passes.

Payment Options
Payments are due at the time of registration to hold a spot. Registration is available onsite, online, or by phone. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Inclement Weather
First and foremost, we would like to let you know that we never want to cancel classes. We regret no refunds for things out of our control such as snow days, there are some times when we are unfortunately forced to be closed for the safety of our customers and employees.  Closing will be posted on our social media platforms: Facebook- Tumble Jungle and Instagram- @tumblejunglect

What to Wear
Comfortable, snug-fitting clothing! Please secure all long hair. No jewelry, zippers, buttons, or snaps. No shoes are permitted in the gym area.

Trials
Each student is welcome to attend one free trial class. Payment is only due upon registration.

No Class
On certain holidays and school vacation days, we may closed.  We regret that we are unable to issue refunds for when we are forced to closed due to external circumstances.
