What is the run down for the party?
Each party is an hour and a half of pure energetic fun! We spend 30 minutes in each room - the gym, the inflatable zone and then the party room for pizza and cake.
What do the party hosts do?
Everything! They will run the party from start to finish - all set up and clean up as well as play games with your children and ensure everyone is having a good time and staying safe. They will hang any decorations and set up the room with plates, cups, napkins and utensils to your specification. They will serve food and drinks during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.
What time should I arrive if I am the host?
We recommend you not arrive more than 10 minutes before the start of the party. Your hosts will be waiting when you arrive to take any decorations / cakes etc to the back for set up.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. There is a fee of $25 for outside food and $25 for outside drinks. Dry snacks, cupcakes, and cakes are exempt from this fee, so feel free to bring them along. Additionally, if you have any dietary restrictions or religious reasons, you can bring your own food at no extra charge.
If you chose our deluxe package, this includes 2 pizzas and bottomless apple juice or lemonade for your guests.

Can I extend my party for longer than an hour and a half?
You can extend for an additional cost. If you pick a time that does not mean we have to block off another party, the cost is $175 (usually the last party slot of the day) If you pick a time when we have to block off another party, its $400.
What if I have twins?
The price is the same, you would just not be charged for either of the birthday children.
What if I have over 35 kids for a party?
Our facility comfortably fits 35 kids. We can do more than that if you need but please call so we can accommodate accordingly.
Can I bring alcohol?
Unfortunately our insurance policy does not allow us to have alcohol in the building.
What's the cancellation / refund policy?
Tumble Jungle is committed to providing excellent party services and we always aim to accommodate your needs.
Unfortunately when a guest cancels without enough notice this doesn’t allow us to serve other guests looking to use our services. Late cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on Tumble Jungle’s operations and for this reason we have a strict cancellation/refund policy.
Cancellation Policy:
ALL party cancellations MUST be reported to Tumble Jungle AT LEAST two weeks prior to the party start date.
All cancellations have the right to reschedule the party to another date that has available times.
Refund policy:
If the party is canceled two weeks or more before the party date a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
If the party is canceled one week or less before the party date, NO refund will be provided. The deposit will be placed in your account. This value can be used for any Tumble Jungle related activities.
